Not sure if I got your question... .
I'm seeing lots of folks being greened whose PD is after us. Is it possible that they have PD on their 485 (because I-140 concurrently filed) and so it was picked up by officer? I guess it's not.
In response to infopass officer's request to expedite, I received letter from USCIS (within a week) . It shows my receipt# correct but shows filing date 10/10/2007. Actually, this is receipt date of case transfer to TSC from NSC.

it's part of the human experience.
5. learn a new skill
something you've always wanted to do but did'nt get around to.
public speaking, dancing, singing...your choice.
take a class at a community college or a university.
6. go to temple or church or mosque.
make a deeper spiritual connection with God.
let him lift some of your burden.
i listened to Hari Om Sharan after many years and experienced a real sense of joy.
7. spend time learning about US government.
get to know more about how government works. why does house vote differently than the senate ?
get to know the 100 senators and 435 house reps. especially how they stand on legal immigration.
our friends on the other side of the fence have done us a favor by organizing this information

8. learn from IV efforts of previous years
many skills were introduced which could have helped us. what can we learn from what failed ?
e.g. comprehensive immigration bill 2006. it passed in the senate but stalled in the house.
Gandhigiri did work this year. it was a major success story we should celebrate and learn from.
9. accept and enjoy the present.
accept the present moment. breathe.
enjoy nature - the sun, the moon, the heavens, fresh air and water. make new associations and friends.
experiencing these gifts of life is enough to keep one happy.
10. write it out.
record the feelings you are going through in writing.
capture the details.
what was your journey, your expectations, your highs and lows ?
you may see your struggles in a different light 10 years from now.

If you use AP you enter the US as a "parolee". (Is that how you spell it?).
If you use AVR I believe you enter as an H1B. I would prefer to enter as an H1B
since I have not yet used my EAD or AC21.
To clarify - are you suggesting that it is advisable to use AVR if you have both AP and AVR, and you have not used EAD or AC21 so far. Also, my spouse and myself could be returning at different times in to the country from Canada. Does this change the preference of using either AVR or AP. Since I am the primary applicant but of course we plan to land together.

you properly instead of going thru' multiple lawyers . Write a letter to the state senator an explain your situation.Last but not least remain positive. God is there with you and your family.

Why did you file EAD? Waste of money. You will be getting your GC anytime. EB2 ROW is curent.
Yes it is current. But I don't know when they'll be approving it. Besides now we pay $1010 for I-485/131/765. There's no breakdown.

I've been reading a few messages of late that open with "immigration" but only start talking about legal immigration a few paragraphs later. unfortunately more than 80% of backlog elemination is completed, so labor substitution even though it is removed from july 16 has already done its damage. scores of people have already done labor substitution.

I think elimination of Labor Substitution would take out atleast half of 700 K pending labors..

Even after years of slavery to them they keep doing this.
As per history they say no company won the case of Non compete agrement against employee so far in court of law.
I got my arears money from one of the India's reputed software company (after a year' s correspondance)only after I warned them that I will inform labor dept.
Ofcourse as another member suggested, it is better to keep yourself at peace and get along as long as your immigration status is not disturbed by those blood suckers.
